Pear
Ingredients:
- Pear – 0.5 kg;
- Sugar – 1 tbsp;
- Grape juice – 1 tbsp.;
- Dijon mustard – 2 st. l.;
- Lemon – 1 pc.
Recipe:
- Peel the pears and cut into smaller pieces.
- Add sugar to them and send them to simmer on the fire.
- After 5-10 minutes, pour in the grape juice, stirring occasionally and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add lemon zest and juice with mustard, boil everything to a jam-like mass.

Berry
Lingonberry
Ingredients:
- Lingonberries – 250 gr.;
- Sugar – 0.5 tbsp;
- Starch – 5 g.;
- Dry red wine – 50 ml;
- Cinnamon – a pinch.
How to do:
- Pour half a liter of cold water over the berries.
- Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and cover with a lid and let cool.
- Drain off excess liquid, leaving approximately 100 ml.
- Grind everything through a sieve or blender.
- Add cinnamon sugar and simmer until caramelized.
- Then add wine.
- At this time, dilute the starch in cold water and add to the sauce.
- Boil again and let cool.
Cranberry
Composition:
- Cranberries – 300 gr.;
- Orange – 2 pcs.;
- Sugar – 0.5 tbsp;
- Brown sugar – 0.5 tbsp;
- Water – 0.5 tbsp.
How to cook:
- Mix all ingredients in a saucepan with a thick bottom.
- Over medium heat, wait until it boils.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Wait until the sauce cools and thickens.
- If desired, you can rub through a sieve or punch with a blender.
Honey
Composition:
- Honey – 0.5 tbsp.;
- Garlic – 2 cloves;
- Soy sauce – 3 tbsp. l.;
- Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. l.;
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Step by step recipe:
- Melt the honey in a water bath or in the microwave.
- Mix it with soy sauce, oil, honey and grated garlic.
- Pepper and salt to your taste and mix well.
Fig
We will need:
- Figs – 350 gr.;
- Brown sugar – 6 tbsp. l.;
- Balsamic vinegar – 2 tbsp. l.;
- Dijon mustard – 1.5 tbsp. l.;
- Water – 3 tbsp. L.;
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp. l.;
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Recipe:
- Chop the figs for the blender bowl and punch them through.
- Mix water with vinegar and put on fire, dissolve sugar in them.
- Add figs and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
- Add the remaining sauce ingredients and let simmer for another 10 minutes.
Grape
Composition:

Balsamic vinegar – 2 tbsp. l.;

Honey – 1 tbsp. L.;

Ginger – 1 tsp;

Salt and pepper to taste.
How to do:

Remove seeds from grapes.

Chop the onion and garlic.

Start heating the oil over medium heat with the onion and garlic until golden.
- Peel and grate the ginger and add it to the oil along with the grapes.

Pour in balsamic vinegar.

Cook the sauce over medium heat until the grapes soften, then blend everything.
- Bring salt and pepper.
Orange
You will need:
- Orange – 2 pcs.;
- Honey – 1 tbsp. L.;
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp. l.;
- Water – 0.5 tbsp.;
- Starch – 1 h. l.
How to do:
- Remove the zest from the oranges and squeeze out the juice.
- Bring the water and zest to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add lemon and orange juice with honey.
- Cool and add starch.
- Put it on fire, let it bubble and turn it off.
Strawberry
Ingredients:
- Strawberries – 300 gr.;
- Water – 1 glass;
- Sugar – 50 gr.;
- Starch – 1 h. l.;
- Butter – 1 tsp.
How to prepare the sauce:
- Dissolve starch in water.
- Puree the strawberries or rub them through a sieve.
- Bring the berries and sugar to a boil over low heat.
- As soon as it boils, add the oil and stir.
- Next add starch water.
- Let simmer for 3 minutes then cool and serve.
Plum
Composition:
- Plums – 0.5 kg;
- Hot pepper – 1 pod;
- Garlic – 2 cloves;
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.;
- Sugar – 1 tbsp. L.;
- Cilantro – 0.5 bunches;
Recipe: right
Plum puree is ready.
Peel the pepper from the stalks.
Peel the garlic.
Grind garlic, herbs and hot peppers in a meat grinder.
Place this mixture in a bowl with the plum mixture.
Then add sugar, spices and salt. Mix.
