Dip sauce is a sauce in which food is dipped, because in English dip translates as dip, dip, dunk. This is what distinguishes it from the usual sauces with which we pour food. It’s also convenient to scoop dip sauces, for example with chips or nachos.
Dips are thick sauces, sometimes with pieces of vegetables, so they are easier to dip in and less likely to drip onto the table. There are also sweet dips for dipping cookies or fruits into. There are dips for vegetables.
Cut cucumbers, carrots, celery, and any of your favorite vegetables into strips and serve them with sauce. Guests will leave no trace of them; it will be a kind of aperitif before the main meal.

Better yet, replace it with tomato juice. Don’t add too much hot pepper at once, just like salt, it’s better to add it at the end. It is also better to let this dip sauce sit for a while.
