  • Greens per serving
  • Boiled yolk – 2 pcs.
  • Grated horseradish – 0.5 tsp.
  • Salt, pepper to taste

How to make a dressing for okroshka with kefir:

  1. Chop the greens and add salt.
  2. Add the yolks to it and mash everything.
  3. Now stir in the horseradish and pour in the kefir and mineral water.
  4. Pepper and mix well.

All that remains is to pour this dressing over the okroshka and you’re done. Vegetables are usually not salted, so add salt to the dressing immediately to your taste. You can also add mustard, which will give a more interesting taste.

  • Sparkling water – 0.5 cups

  • Salt to taste

The process of preparing sauce for okroshka:

  1. Dilute citric acid in soda.
  2. Mix mayonnaise with mustard.
  3. Dilute everything with sparkling water and salt.

Citric acid can be replaced with lemon juice, and mayonnaise with sour cream or yogurt. Dressing with sour cream and yogurt will be less high in calories, but you can make mayonnaise. You can also combine them, generally experiment.

  • Lemon juice – 0.5 tsp.
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Step by step recipe:

  1. Grind the yolk, herbs, horseradish and mustard.
  2. Pour in soy sauce, lemon juice and soda.
  3. Pepper, mix and add salt if necessary.

This recipe allows the addition of sour cream or grated smoked cheese.
