Composition:

  • orange – 1 pc.;

  • sugar (preferably cane) – 1 tsp;
  • ginger (ground) – 1 tsp.

  • apple (preferably sweet varieties) – 2 pcs.;
  • carrots – 100 g.

How to make the sauce:

  1. Grind a large banana until puree. It is advisable to take a completely ripe banana, not a greenish one.
  2. Squeeze juice from apples and carrots.
  3. Combine both liquids with banana puree. Beat until smooth (with a blender or by hand).

When the household does not have a juicer, you need to buy store-bought juices. Then you will need 100 ml of apple, and 50 ml of carrot.

Vanilla

Composition:

  • milk – 400 ml;
  • egg – 2 pcs.;
  • vanillin – 0.5 tsp. l.;

  1. Separate the egg yolks. You won’t need the whites – you can throw them away.
  2. Beat the yolks together with vanilla and sugar until a slight foam appears.

  4. Pour the whipped yolks into the milk in a thin stream, stirring continuously.
  5. Reduce heat to low. Boil the future sauce until it thickens (when ready, it should resemble drinking cream).

The sauce turns out well without nuts – you can safely remove them from the recipe. Vanillin can be replaced with vanilla sugar (but then you should reduce the amount of regular sugar).

  • raisins – 2 tbsp. l.

  1. To boil water. Pour boiling water over the raisins and leave for 20 minutes to swell.
  2. Keep the ice cream in a warm room until it melts. You don’t have to melt the ice cream to a liquid state, but just wait until it becomes soft and creamy.
  3. Grate the chocolate on a coarse grater.
  4. Remove the raisins from the water and wait for the excess liquid to drain. You can dry it with a paper towel.
  5. Combine all ingredients and mix well.

It is better to put the ice cream sauce for children in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. During this time, you can cut fruit for a fresh salad.

With alcohol

A zesty, alcoholic dressing for adults tastes great in a fruit salad. It is equally suitable as a sauce for berry salads and for dishes made from tropical fruits (oranges, grapefruits, pineapples).

Composition:

  • strong alcohol – 100 ml;
  • fruit juice (any sweet – to taste) – 100 ml;
  • lemon juice – 1 tsp;
  • mint – 6 leaves.

Recipe:

  1. Chop the mint as finely as possible.
  2. Mix the chopped leaves with lemon juice in a mortar. Grind thoroughly to a paste.

Creamy fruit salad dressing can be prepared in a variety of ways. Here is a common recipe that produces a delicious cream with a delicate consistency.

Composition:

  • whipped cream – 200 g;
  • pineapple juice (can be replaced with orange juice) – 60 ml;
  • egg – 1 pc.;
  • lemon juice – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • flour – 2 tbsp. L.;
  • sugar – 2 tbsp. l.

Recipe:

  1. Separate the yolk from the egg (you won’t need the white). Stir in flour and sugar until smooth.
  2. Add both juices to the egg mixture. Mix again.
  3. Place on low heat. Boil until thickened.
  4. Cool the future sauce. Add whipped cream and mix again.

If you can’t find whipped cream in the store, you can beat regular cream in a blender. But only cream with a fat content of at least 30% is whipped. Less fatty ones simply remain liquid no matter how much you blend them.
