How to make meat sauce:
- The first step is to cut the meat into strips and marinate it a little.
- To do this, add mustard, soy sauce, a spoonful of oil, spices and mix everything thoroughly until the marinade is absorbed.
- At this time, cut the onion into half rings and mushrooms into slices, chop the greens.
- Now add flour to the meat and stir, then fry the meat until crusty in a hot frying pan in oil until crusty.
- Then reduce the heat and add the onion, stir-fry for 10 minutes, then do the same with the mushrooms.

How to make the sauce:
- First of all, chop the onion and tomato as you like, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
- Then pour oil into the frying pan and begin to sauté the onion until transparent.
- Then add the carrots and fry, stirring until the carrots appear brown, but do not let them burn.

How to prepare the sauce:
- First, melt the butter and fry the flour in it until a pleasant smell of nuts appears.
- Crush the garlic with a knife and add to the butter and flour.
- Now let’s start pouring in the cream little by little and preferably using a whisk, start stirring until the flour dissolves.
- The sauce should thicken and bubble slightly, do not let it boil too much.
- It’s time to add the pre-cut (not large pieces) fillet to the sauce.
- Wait for the sauce to boil again and simmer for another five minutes, then turn it off and let it sit for five minutes.
- Add some salt and pepper and the sauce is ready!
This is an excellent gravy for rice, for cereals, for pasta, but it is also good as an independent dish. Cream can be replaced with sour cream or milk.
Using the same principle, you can prepare gravy with chicken and tomato paste. In this case, you won’t need flour, but you will need to dilute the paste with water.
Mushroom sauce for buckwheat
