Let’s start with a basic gravy with minced meat and tomato paste. This gravy is ideal for buckwheat porridge, rice and spaghetti. The recipe is easy and can be prepared in one pan.

Composition:

  • minced meat (any) – 500 g;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • tomato paste – 30 g;
  • flour – 30 g;
  • water – 300 ml;
  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • salt and pepper – to taste.

Recipe:

  1. Chop the vegetables into smaller pieces. Garlic can also be crushed using a crusher.
  2. Sauté the onion until golden in a large saucepan.
  3. Add minced meat to the onion. Stir. Fry for another 6-8 minutes.
  4. Add pasta. Mix thoroughly and simmer covered for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add garlic, flour and seasonings. Fill everything with water.
  6. Turn the heat down to minimum. Mix everything and simmer until thick. This usually takes no more than 10 minutes.

Be sure to fry the pasta thoroughly, this will remove the metallic taste.

At this point, the minced meat gravy for buckwheat is ready. You don’t have to insist on it, but serve it right away. Although “formally” this is a gravy for buckwheat, it goes well with any type of porridge.

From minced chicken

Usually, it is customary to throw any minced meat into meat gravy at your personal discretion – from pork and beef to poultry. But there is an unusual recipe that traditionally uses only minced chicken.

This sauce is great for spaghetti and other pasta.

We will need:

  • minced meat (chicken) – 400 g;
  • tomato juice – 200 ml;
  • sweet pepper – 1 pc.;
  • tomato – 1 pc.;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • parsley – 1 bunch;
  • salt, spices, sugar – to taste.

Recipe:

  1. Chop the vegetables into small, approximately equal pieces.
  2. Sauté garlic and onion in a saucepan for 2 minutes.
  3. Add bell pepper and cook for another 3 minutes.
  4. Add the meat, mashing it into small lumps. Immediately add fresh tomato, flour and a little sugar.
  5. Mix as best as you can and fry until cooked through.
  6. Pour in juice, salt, add spices and herbs. Simmer over low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes.

You can cook this gravy from minced meat with tomato paste in a frying pan or in a slow cooker. In the latter case, it will turn out to be quite a dietary dish. You need to select the frying mode in the appliance.

From minced meat and sour cream

Gravy with sour cream is an elementary dish with a delicate taste, vaguely reminiscent of beef stroganoff. Prepares quite quickly. It can be used as dip or even as sauce for French fries .

Ingredients:

  • minced meat – 500 g;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • water – 250 ml;
  • sour cream – 200 g;
  • flour – 2 tbsp. L.;
  • dill (or parsley) – 1 bunch;
  • salt and pepper – to taste.

How to do:

  1. Chop the onion and herbs.
  2. Fry the meat until medium done. It will take about 8 minutes over low heat.
  3. Add onions and spices. Fry for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Add flour and pour in heated water. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Reduce gas to minimum. Simmer the dish for about 5 minutes.
  6. As soon as it thickens, add sour cream and herbs to the future dish.
  7. Simmer for another 3 minutes.

Now the gravy with minced meat is prepared. This hearty dish using sour cream and flour goes well with almost any side dish. IT can even be used as sauce for country-style potatoes.

From minced meat and mushrooms

Composition:

  • minced meat – 350 g;
  • mushrooms (any) – 200 g;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • cream – 400 ml;
  • flour – 50 g;
  • butter – 50 g;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • salt and spices – to taste.

We recommend taking royal champignons, they are more flavorful!!!

How to cook:

  1. Chop the onion and garlic into small pieces.
  2. Melt half the butter. Add onion and garlic and sauté until transparent.
  3. Chop the mushrooms and mix with the meat. Add salt and spices.
  4. Place the prepared products into a saucepan with oil and fry until fully cooked.
  5. While the future sauce with mushrooms is fried, boil the cream in a small saucepan. When it boils, add flour and the other half of the butter.
  6. When everything is completely cooked, pour in the hot cream. Season and simmer for another 3-4 minutes.

This minced meat sauce goes well with mashed potatoes and pasta, as well as with buckwheat porridge. The sauce with mushrooms is tender and pleasant due to the absence of tomato acid. But, like mushroom spaghetti sauce, it’s just the bomb!

Gravy in a slow cooker

Almost all gravy recipes involve cooking in a frying pan. The dish turns out delicious, but very high in calories. Therefore, you can prepare the sauce in a slow cooker.

Composition:

  • minced meat (your favorite) – 400 g;
  • onions – 2 pcs.;
  • carrots – 2 pcs.;
  • “Krasnodar” sauce – 6 tbsp. l.;
  • water – 200 ml;
  • sunflower oil – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • salt and pepper – to taste.

Cooking process:

  1. Chop the onion in any way. Grind the carrots on the coarsest grater.
  2. Pour oil into the multicooker.
  3. Turn on the frying mode and set the timer for 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. Place vegetables in the slow cooker. Fry for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add minced meat. Stir and cook until the end of the program.
  6. While the gravy is being prepared, mix heated water, Krasnodar sauce and seasonings in a separate container. Pour the mixture into the multicooker after completing the frying mode.
  7. Mix everything. Set the multicooker to soup (or stew) mode and the timer to 25 minutes.
  8. Cover the device with a lid and wait until the end of cooking.

This gravy is perfect for rice prepared in the same way. Instead of sauce, you can use tomatoes in their own juice and homemade ketchup. Everything that pasta loves.

Minced meat with tomatoes

Pasta with minced meat and tomato sauce is one of the simple and affordable dishes. You can use tomato sauce, but it is better to use fresh tomatoes, mashed to a puree. With them, the tomato sauce for pasta will be more tender and “summery”.

We will need:

  • minced meat (preferably beef) – 300 g;
  • tomatoes (puree) – 250 g;
  • champignons – 200 g;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • carrots – 1 pc.;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • meat broth (or water) – 300 ml;
  • salt and spices – to taste.

Step by step recipe:

  1. Grind fresh tomatoes in a blender until pureed.
  2. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut the mushrooms into 4-6 pieces (depending on size). Grate the carrots using any grater.
  3. Fry the onion for 5 minutes.
  4. Add carrots, mushrooms and garlic to the saucepan with the onions. Stirring constantly, fry for a few more minutes.
  5. Add mashed minced meat. Add spices (oregano works well) and cook until finished, stirring occasionally.
  6. Pour in broth (or water) and tomato puree. Mix again and simmer for 5 minutes.

This ground beef gravy is great on spaghetti and pasta. It can also be cooked in water, but with broth the dish turns out more rich.

With cheese

Minced meat sauce for pasta does not have to be tomato. It can also be cheesy. With such a non-standard combination of products, the gravy for the noodles is just perfect.

This recipe uses mayonnaise, we suggest you make your own homemade.

Composition:

  • minced meat – 500 g;
  • cheese (hard or sausage) – 200 g;
  • onions – 2 pcs.;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • soy sauce – 4 tbsp. l.;
  • mayonnaise (67% fat) – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • water – 100 ml;
  • dill – 1 bunch.

Recipe:

  1. Chop the onion finer. Mix with minced meat.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil well in a saucepan. Throw in the minced meat and onions, cover tightly and fry for about 15 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Grate the cheese. Add to meat. Simultaneously add soy sauce and mayonnaise. Stir thoroughly.
  4. Add water and pre-chopped garlic.
  5. Simmer until the gravy thickens.
  6. Add finely chopped dill, stir and turn off immediately.

This delicious gravy does not require the addition of salt, black pepper or other spices. They can be used to taste, but the dish will turn out great even without seasonings. It can even be used as pizza sauce.

Italian

One of the most delicious types of gravy is sauce with minced meat for spaghetti and pasta. It is often called Italian gravy, and for good reason – the dish is really popular in the Apennines.

Composition:

  • minced meat – 400 g;
  • hard cheese – 200 g (or processed cheese – 2 pcs.);
  • cream – 350 ml;
  • tomatoes – 2 pcs.;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • salt, spices – to taste.

Recipe:

  1. Finely chop the onion, tomatoes and garlic.
  2. Heat a frying pan with oil well. Place the onion in it and cook until translucent.
  3. Add garlic, fresh tomatoes and any seasonings. In particular, black pepper and oregano work well.
  4. Mix and simmer for 3-4 minutes. At the same time, grate the cheese.
  5. Mash the meat into small lumps and add to the pan. Stir-fry until the meat lightens in color.
  6. Pour in the cream (preferably at room temperature, not cold). Boil.
  7. As soon as the gravy boils, add grated cheese.
  8. Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes until the cheese is completely melted.

Of course, Italians know a lot about sauces for pasta, but also how gravy for mashed potatoes is simply magnificent.

With pickles

Minced meat gravy does not have to have a “standard” tomato or creamy taste. You can make the dish more piquant and unusual by adding, for example, pickles.

Pasta with minced meat and gravy will take on a completely new flavor!

Composition:

  • minced meat – 300 g;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • champignons – from 5 to 7 pcs.;
  • cucumbers (canned) – 3 pcs.;
  • flour – 1 tbsp. L.;
  • water – 300 ml;
  • greens (any) – 1 bunch;
  • salt and pepper – to taste.

Recipe:

  1. Prepare the onions and mushrooms by chopping them into approximately equal cubes.
  2. Heat a frying pan with oil. Add mushrooms, onions and meat at the same time.
  3. Cook for about 30 minutes.
  4. In a separate container, mix warm water, flour, salt and seasonings.
  5. When the meat turns light, pour water into the pan. At the same time, add finely chopped cucumbers and mix.
  6. Cover tightly and simmer until fully cooked.

With cream for baby

Spaghetti with minced meat in cream

Pasta with minced meat and cream is an excellent dish that is suitable even for small children. Children and adults like this gravy, because the creamy sauce in combination with minced meat truly transforms the taste of pasta.

Composition:

  • minced meat (preferably chicken) – 500 g;
  • onions – 2 pcs.;
  • cream – 300 ml;
  • water – 500 ml;
  • flour – 3 tbsp. L.;
  • salt and spices – to taste.

How to make the gravy:

  1. Combine the meat with cold water in a saucepan and stir thoroughly. The consistency should be more or less homogeneous.
  2. Turn the heat to medium and cook until the water boils. It is worth stirring every 3-4 minutes.
  3. Switch the gas to low and simmer for about 30 minutes. During this time, finely chop the onion.
  4. At the same time add cream, onion, salt and any seasonings to the gravy. Stir.
  5. Simmer for about 20 minutes more.
  6. Add flour diluted with a small amount of water. Stir and cook for another 4-5 minutes.

Children’s gravy turns out very creamy and tender precisely because it is stewed for a long time. If you need to make gravy for children, this is the best way. You can use rice or chickpea flour and then the flour gravy will be even more useful.

Lenten with soy minced meat

Lenten gravy, which tastes almost no different from meat gravy, is an unusual and very interesting recipe. Its secret is a large amount of aromatic onions, which masks the differences between soy and meat.

Composition:

  • soy meat – 1 package;
  • onions – 3 pcs.;
  • carrots – from 3 to 4 pcs.;
  • tomato paste – 2 tbsp. L.;
  • water – 600 ml;
  • salt and pepper – to taste.

How to prepare the gravy:

  1. Pour water warmed to room temperature over soy meat. Leave to soak.
  2. Chop the onion into fairly large pieces.
  3. Heat a saucepan and place the vegetable in it. Fry until translucent.
  4. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and add them to the onion. Sauté for about 3 more minutes.
  5. Add any seasonings to taste. Basil and suneli hops work well. Fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. Add the swollen soy goulash and salt. Stir well.
  7. Pour in about half the water in which the soybeans were soaked. Add pasta and stir again.
  8. Cover with a lid and simmer for about 15 minutes.

With bechamel sauce

Gravy with bechamel sauce is a sophisticated minced meat dish that goes beyond the usual pasta sauce. The recipe requires a lot of cream or milk, but the excellent taste is completely worth the cost.

Composition:

  • minced meat – 500 g;
  • cream (or milk) – 1 l;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • flour – 3 tbsp. L.;
  • butter – 60 g;
  • salt and pepper – to taste.

Recipe:

  1. Finely chop the onion. Chop the garlic into smaller pieces too.
  2. Fry chopped vegetables in vegetable oil.
  3. When the onion becomes translucent, add the minced meat and stir well.
  4. Fry until done, stirring frequently. Add salt and spices about 3 minutes before the end of cooking.
  5. In a separate saucepan, melt a piece of butter.
  6. Add flour and stir. Fry for about 5 minutes.
  7. Pour cream of any fat content into the butter-flour mixture (you can also use milk). It is better to pour in small portions, stirring constantly.
  8. Cook the cream sauce until it thickens. The exact thickness is not important – you can focus on your own taste. If there are lumps, the cream can be rubbed through a sieve.
  9. Mix the sauce with the meat. Place in the refrigerator to let the dish steep for at least 30 minutes.

With bacon

This ground beef stir-fry is very reminiscent of Bolognese sauce, but is made even more sophisticated by the addition of bacon. The recipe for minced meat gravy is quite unusual, but the taste is completely worth the effort.

It’s not for nothing that the dish is very popular in the Mediterranean.

Composition:

  • minced meat (preferably beef) – 500 g;
  • bacon (fresh or smoked) – 100 g;
  • onion – 60 g;
  • carrots – 60 g;
  • celery root – 60 g;
  • meat broth – 100 ml;
  • white wine (dry) – 100 ml;
  • milk – 100 ml;
  • tomato juice – 250 g;
  • oil – for frying;
  • salt and spices – to taste.

Recipe:

  1. Chop carrots, onions and celery. The latter is optional, but also has a positive effect on the taste of the gravy.
  2. Fry the vegetables in a heated frying pan until half cooked.
  3. Add minced meat, finely chopped bacon and broth. Mix and fry until the meat is cooked.
  4. Pour in the wine and simmer uncovered until it evaporates.
  5. Pour in the juice, add salt and seasonings. Stir and turn off the heat.
  6. Leave for 40 minutes. During this time, stir a couple of times.
  7. Pour in milk. Stir again and leave for another 30 minutes.

You can prepare the gravy without adding wine or milk. Of course, they affect the sophistication of the taste, but even without adding these ingredients the sauce will turn out just fine.
