  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.
  • Onion – 1 head
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Salt, pepper to taste

How to make gravy for stuffed peppers:

  1. First, make cross cuts on the tomatoes and pour boiling water over them for a couple of minutes.
  2. At this time, peel the onion, garlic, carrots and chop them, grate the carrots and garlic, and dice the onion.
  3. Then we begin to fry the onions and carrots in oil in a deep saucepan, peel the tomatoes and puree them with a blender.

  • Onions – 1 pc.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Greens – 1 bunch
  • Salt, pepper to taste

  1. Let’s start by frying onions and carrots in a deep saucepan until half cooked.
  2. While they are frying, dilute mayonnaise and ketchup in the required amount of water and add to the saucepan.
  3. Chop the greens and add to the sauce, add salt and pepper.
  4. Delicious sauce for stuffed peppers is ready!

This is perhaps the fastest and most delicious sauce for stuffed peppers, which can be made even faster. Just chop the onions and carrots and cover them like a “pillow”. the bottom of the pan in which you will stew the peppers.

  • Dill – 1 bunch
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Paprika – 2 tsp
  • Salt, pepper to taste

  1. Chop the dill, grate the garlic or press through a garlic press.
  2. Pour milk into a blender glass, add tomatoes, salt, paprika and pepper, beat.
