  1. We tear off the mint leaves and place them together with the cilantro in a blender.
  2. Add nuts, garlic, seedless pepper and grated cheese.
  3. Pour in the oil and beat thoroughly.
  4. Salt and add ground pepper and the Caucasian mint sauce is ready!

If you remove the cheese, you can prepare this sauce with mint for the winter. There is no need to roll it up; it is stored in the refrigerator. And add cheese as needed.

How to do:
