Dukan mayonnaise: recipes for attack, alternation and consolidation

Mayonnaise according to Dukan

Today we want to share with you mayonnaise recipes allowed on the Dukan diet. Pierre Dukan developed a system for weight loss. Let’s find out the recipe for Dukan mayonnaise.

Attack

This is a diet mayonnaise recipe for the first stage – Attack. The Dukan recipe for attack involves the exclusion of sunflower

or olive oil. And it is replaced by Vaseline or paraffin.

Composition:

  • Raw yolk – 3 pcs.
  • Low-fat cottage cheese – 200 gr.
  • Vaseline oil – 1 tbsp. l.
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp.
  • Sweetener – 1 scoop (1 tablet)
  • Dry mustard – 1 tsp.
  • Salt to taste

Recipe:

  1. Beat the yolks, slowly pouring Vaseline oil into them.
  2. Add cottage cheese and mix well.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and remaining ingredients.
  4. Let stand for 5-10 minutes in the refrigerator.

A sweetener tablet can be diluted in a teaspoon of water.

Alternation

 

At this stage, you can also eat mayonnaise on Dukan. Alternation is a stage when you can alternately eat protein foods and protein-vegetable foods. And now for mayonnaise according to Dukan, alternating recipe, aka “cruise”

We will need:

  • Raw egg – 1 pc.
  • Hot mustard – 0.5 tsp.
  • Olive oil (vegetable oil is possible) – 150 gr.
  • Lemon juice – 0.5 tsp.
  • Sugar substitute tablet or 1 measuring spoon
  • Salt – 1 pinch

How to prepare Dukan mayonnaise recipe alternation:

  1. Break the egg into a blender glass and start beating at low speed.
  2. Pour in the oil in a thin stream, continuing to beat, periodically raising and lowering the blender leg.
  3. Once the mayonnaise begins to thicken, you can add all the other ingredients except salt.
  4. After mixing, taste for salt and adjust to the desired taste.

Remember that mayonnaise on Dukan according to the alternating recipe can be eaten 1 teaspoon per day. Try also mayonnaise recipes for fasting people, vegetarians and raw foodists. They are also suitable for the Dukan diet.

Consolidation

 

At the consolidation stage, you can already eat carbohydrate foods. But we will prepare protein mayonnaise for pp.

We will need:

  • Low-fat cottage cheese – 200 gr.
  • Boiled yolk – 2 pcs.
  • Russian mustard – 1 tsp. no slide.
  • Apple or wine vinegar – 1 tsp.
  • Ground pepper – 1 pinch.
  • Salt to taste.

How to cook:

  1. Grind the yolks together with mustard and pepper.
  2. We also grind the cottage cheese and mix it with the yolks.
  3. Add vinegar and salt, mix everything again.

As you can see, this is Dukan mayonnaise without Vaseline oil. A drop of the usual may be contained in mustard, but one teaspoon is a drop in the bucket.

Tofu mayonnaise

 

This Dukan Diet tofu mayonnaise recipe is made without oil or eggs.

We will need:

  • Firm tofu (can be replaced with Adyghe one) – 200 gr.
  • Homemade mustard – 1 tsp.
  • Wine vinegar to taste – 2 tbsp. l.
  • Sweetener – 1 scoop.
  • Water – 4 tbsp. l.
  • Salt to taste

Homemade mayonnaise according to Dukan, preparation process:

  1. Break up the tofu to place in a blender along with water.
  2. Beat until creamy.
  3. Add sakhzam, vinegar, mustard and salt.
  4. Beat for about another minute.

What is the difference between Dukan mayonnaise and classic mayonnaise?

The most important difference is the absence of vegetable oils and their replacement with Vaseline. Store-bought mayonnaise is considered gastronomic “garbage” as it contains many harmful additives.

In Dukan mayonnaise, they are replaced with healthier and protein ingredients: tofu, cottage cheese, yogurt. As a result, the calorie content of such mayonnaise is significantly reduced. And the taste of your favorite dishes with mayonnaise becomes just as good!
