  • Russian mustard – 1 tsp.
  • Sugar – 1/2 tsp. l.
  • Salt to taste

How to prepare yogurt dressing for Olivier instead of mayonnaise:

  1. Add mustard and sugar to the yolk and start beating, preferably with a blender, until white.
  2. Begin to carefully add the butter while whisking continuously.
  3. It’s time to add yogurt with vinegar and add salt at the end.
  4. Greek yogurt and mustard mayonnaise is ready!

Now about what kind of yogurt can be used instead of mayonnaise. Greek is best, it is the thickest, but any without flavoring is fine. Keep in mind that this dressing made from Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise will only last a couple of days.
