Mayonnaise with adjika is practically “ketchunese”, only without ketchup. But the color turns out to be a very beautiful sauce, moderately spicy, but it all depends on the amount of adjika.

This sauce is a good sauce for spaghetti or boiled potatoes. For this sauce you can prepare homemade mayonnaise and even dietary mayonnaise.

We will need:

  • Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp. l.
  • Adjika – 1 tsp. with a slide
  • Table mustard – 1 tsp.
  • Cilantro – 1/3 bunch
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Salt, pepper to taste

How to make sauce from adjika and mayonnaise:

  1. Grate the garlic or press it through a garlic press.
  2. Finely chop the cilantro along with the stems, they have the most flavor.
  3. Now combine all the ingredients until smooth.
  4. It remains to add salt, if not salty sauce and pepper.
  5. Mayonnaise sauce with adjika is ready!

This sauce made from adjika and mayonnaise is suitable for pasta, cutlets or chicken. Very good with sausages and even shish kebab. And if you slightly increase the amount of adjika, you will get an excellent marinade.

Try marinating chicken thighs with adjika and mayonnaise and baking in the oven. Add some lemon juice and you have a marinade with adjika for pork shish kebab.

In general, this marinade for meat with adjika for baking is very good. Mayonnaise will add juiciness to the meat, and adjika will add spice and aroma.

Adjika and sour cream sauce (for chicken)

In this sauce, the spiciness of adjika is offset by the fat content of sour cream. It can also be used for chicken, either as a marinade or simply by dipping pieces of meat into it. It can also be vegetables, because it is a kind of dipping sauce, so dip at least some croutons in it.

We will need:

  • Sour cream – 3 tbsp. l.
  • Adjika – 2 tsp.
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp.
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Dill – 1/3 bunch
  • Ground pepper

How to make the sauce:

  1. First of all, finely chop the dill and garlic.
  2. Then add them to sour cream, adjika and lemon juice.
  3. Mix everything well, pepper and let stand for at least ten minutes.
  4. Sour cream sauce with adjika is ready!

A very simple sauce, because sour cream, adjika, and garlic do their job! It’s easy to cook especially outdoors when you don’t have time to prepare sauces. Be sure to try marinating champignons in it, and then bake them over coals.

Or after drinking khinkali juice, dip them in this sauce. After all it suits khinkali and mantam perfectly. 

And of course, as a marinade for chicken with adjika in the oven, it’s just a bomb! Perfect as sauce for French fries and country-style potatoes.

This sauce can be called –satsebeli in a hurry. It is perfect as a sauce for barbecue, pasta or baked vegetables. You can use dry adjika in this sauce.

We will need:

  • Tomato paste – 3 tbsp. l.
  • Water – 100 ml
  • Adjika – 1 tsp. 
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Cilantro – 0.5 bunch
  • Suneli hops – 0.5 tsp
  • Salt, pepper to taste

How to prepare adjika sauce with tomato paste:

  1. Dilute tomato paste with water and mix with adjika.
  2. It is better to grate the garlic, so it will be more evenly distributed in the sauce.
  3. Finely chop the cilantro and add it to the sauce along with the garlic.
  4. Add freshly ground pepper and add a little salt.
  5. The sauce with adjika and tomato paste is ready!

In this recipe, tomato paste can be replaced with Krasnodar sauce. It tastes better and doesn’t have a metallic taste like pasta. But here it’s a matter of everyone’s taste. Eat it as sauce for dumplings and you will be happy.

The sauce is also suitable as a marinade for pork kebab. With adjika and tomato paste, the meat will be very tasty.
