- Garlic (70-100g)
- Vegetable oil (unflavored) (1-2 tbsp.)
- Vinegar 9% (2 tbsp.)
- Sol (2-3 tsp)
- Sugar (100 g)
Cooking method:
- Wash and peel the vegetables, remove the seeds from the bell peppers, and do not remove the seeds from the hot peppers.
