  2. Add oil in small portions; when you add all the oil, you can move the blender up and down.
  3. Now add the remaining ingredients and beat for about another minute.
  4. Add salt and the sauce is ready!

But let it sit for about 30 minutes.

Sauce from Gordon Ramsay

In my opinion, this is the best and most delicious hamburger sauce. And it’s not that it’s prepared by a venerable chef, it just has everything!

We will need:

  • Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp. l.
  • Apple cider vinegar – 1 tbsp. l.
  • Worcestershire sauce sauce -2 tbsp. l.
  • Paprika – 1 tsp. l.
  • Brown sugar – 2 tsp.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Red onion or shallot – 1 head
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.
  • Water – 50 ml.
  • Black pepper, salt to taste

How to cook:

  1. Chop the onion and garlic as finely as possible and fry in oil until golden.
  2. Then pour in vinegar and add paprika, fry for a couple of minutes, stir.
  3. Then add ketchup and Worcestershire sauce, heat everything for a couple more minutes, then pour in water.
  4. Simmer everything until it thickens, add salt and pepper, you can puree it with a blender and let it cool.

American barbecue sauce does not have a traditional recipe. Most states prepare it differently, adding completely different ingredients.

  3. Pour in the cream and place on low heat.
  4. Cook, stirring continuously, until the cheese is completely melted. This will take about 5 minutes.

If the dish turns out to be too thick for use in a cheeseburger, the sauce can be supplemented with a couple of tablespoons of cream or milk. This will not change the taste, but the consistency will become more convenient.

Professional chefs prepare pesto sauce from a large selection of ingredients. But in your home kitchen, you can achieve great taste with little effort.


  • parmesan – 70 g;
  • olive oil – 70 g;
  • basil leaves (fresh) – 2 cups;

  • pine nuts – 45 g;
  • salt and pepper – to taste.

Cooking process:

  1. Finely grate the Parmesan.

Yellow sauces for burgers are very different – they are united only by the presence of mustard in the composition. We offer a fairly simple burger sauce that is at the same time very tasty.


  • mustard in grains – 120 g;
  • dark beer – 200 ml;
  • wine vinegar – 100 ml;
  • honey – 2 tbsp. L.;
  • sugar (preferably brown) – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • turmeric – 0.5 tsp. l.

How to cook:

  1. Mix 100 ml of beer, all the mustard and vinegar in a deep container. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Pour another 100 ml of beer into the saucepan. Add honey, turmeric, sugar and salt.
  3. Turn on the heat and boil.
  4. Mix both parts (both hot and from the refrigerator) in a blender until pureed.

  • avocado – 3 pcs.;
  • onions – 1 pc.;
  • hot red pepper – 0.5 pods;
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • lemon juice – 1 tsp;
  • dill and cilantro (greens) – to taste;
  • salt – to taste.

Step by step recipe:

  1. Remove seeds and peel from avocado. Cut into arbitrary pieces.
  2. Add all ingredients to the blender bowl.
  3. Grind until pureed.

If the sauce is too thick (this depends on the maturity of the avocado), you can add a little water and blend again.


This sweetish sandwich sauce is very popular all over the world. And it’s easy to make at home.


  • soy sauce – 200 g;
  • dry wine (white) – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • wine vinegar – 1 tsp;
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • honey (liquid) – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • potato starch – 1 tsp;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • ginger root – 5 g.


  1. Add all liquid ingredients to the saucepan. Stir until the honey is completely dissolved.
  2. Grate the ginger and squeeze out the juice. Add this juice to your future teriyaki.
  3. Chop the garlic and also add it along with the starch.
  4. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring continuously.

It is advisable that teriyaki be infused before use. One hour in the refrigerator will be enough for him.


To make hamburger sauce at home, you don’t even have to go to the store. For example, for homemade ketchup, all the ingredients are already in the kitchen.


  • fresh tomatoes – 3 pcs.;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • garlic – 4 cloves;
  • sunflower oil – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • apple cider vinegar – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • sugar – 1 tbsp. L.;
  • starch – 0.5 h. l.;
  • salt and spices – to taste.


  1. Finely chop the onion. Sauté in sunflower oil until transparent.
  2. Peel the tomatoes and chop as finely as possible. Add to the pan and cook until the onions are fully cooked.
  3. Add starch, vinegar, salt and sugar and any spices as desired.
  4. Stir and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and wait until it cools.
  5. Pour into a blender and blend together with the garlic.

At the last stage, you can also add any greens to your taste. Homemade sauce with parsley or cilantro works well.


Latin American chimichurri – according to many, the most delicious sauce for a burger. And he prepares in an elementary way. The main thing is to find all the necessary greens in the supermarket.


  • basil (preferably green) – 1 bunch;
  • parsley – 1 bunch;
  • oregano – 1 bunch;
  • cilantro – 0.5 bunch (or a smaller bunch);
  • lemon (or lime) – 0.5 pcs.;
  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • wine vinegar – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • sugar (preferably brown) – 1 tsp;
  • salt – to taste.


  1. Cut off the stems of all plants except basil.
  2. Transfer the greens to a blender.
  3. Add all other ingredients (including salt immediately).
  4. Grind in a blender, but not for long.
  5. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

The peculiarity of chimichurri is its crispy greens, so you shouldn’t turn it into puree. Large pieces of herbs provide maximum flavor.


Aioli is a Mediterranean dish that has become popular as a sauce for chicken burgers. The aioli recipe once again confirms that everything ingenious is simple.


  • olive oil – 250 ml;
  • egg yolks – 2 pcs.;
  • lemon juice – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • garlic – 4 cloves;
  • salt – to taste.


  1. Grind the garlic together with the yolks in a blender.
  2. Add lemon juice and salt. Beat thoroughly.
  3. With the blender running, add the oil – the slower the better. The stream should be very thin so that there are no oil “clumps” in the sauce.

For a more interesting taste, you can make it based on olive mayonnaise, prepared by yourself.

Jack Daniel’s

If you have a bottle of Jack Daniel’s whiskey at home, you can prepare an excellent burger sauce of the same name. Other types of whiskey are also added, but it is the recipe with “Jack” that is considered a classic.


  • whiskey – 60 ml;
  • water – 200 ml;
  • onions – 0.5 pcs.;
  • soy sauce – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • teriyaki – 4 tbsp. L.;
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • pineapple (canned) – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • pineapple juice (not nectar) – 200 ml;
  • lemon – 0.5 pcs.;
  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • sugar (preferably brown) – from 15 to 18 tbsp. l.;
  • ground red pepper – to taste.


  1. Mix pineapple and lemon juices, butter, teriyaki and soy sauce in a saucepan.
  2. Turn on the heat and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add sugar. Turn the heat up to maximum and continue cooking, stirring constantly.
  4. When the sugar foams, reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 40 minutes.
  5. Finely chop the pineapple, garlic and onion.
  6. Add the crushed ingredients to the saucepan along with the whiskey and pepper.
  7. Cook until the original volume is reduced by approximately half.

After this, all that remains is to strain to remove pieces of vegetables and fruits that have already given off their taste. As you can see, the sauce takes a long time to prepare, but the result is worth it – it’s simply amazing!

PP or dietary

Almost all sauces are very high in calories. And for those who are trying to follow the principles of proper nutrition, they are not suitable. In order not to rack your brains, wondering what sauce is suitable for low-calorie burgers, there is an excellent and simple recipe.


  • yogurt (unsweetened) – 100 ml;
  • tomato paste – 60 g;
  • water – 80 ml;
  • mustard (spicy or not – optional) – 30 g;
  • salt and spices – to taste.


  1. Dilute the paste with water.
  2. Add yogurt and mustard. Mix until smooth in a blender or by hand.
  3. Add salt and spices and mix again.

You can add finely chopped capers or pickled cucumbers to this dish. Yogurt can be replaced with cream cheese or PP mayonnaise. Greens and avocados also work well. In general, there is huge scope for experimentation!

From avocado

Most often, guacamole is made from avocado. But you can make another simple sandwich sauce.


  • avocado – 1 pc.;
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • sour cream – 4 tbsp. L.;
  • mustard – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • lemon juice – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • honey – 1 tbsp. L.;
  • parsley or dill – 1 bunch;
  • salt and pepper – to taste.


  1. Mix oil with juice, salt and ground pepper.
  2. Add mustard and sour cream. Add salt if necessary.
  3. Peel the avocado and grind in a blender to a paste. You can also grate it on the finest grater.
  4. Chop the greens as finely as possible.
  5. Add the avocado and herbs along with the honey to the ingredients mixed earlier. Mix again.

Making real green sauce

This unusual and very tasty dressing is easy to prepare at home. The ingredients are also simple.

We will need:

  • egg – 1 pc.;
  • olive oil – 100 ml;
  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • capers – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • parsley – 0.5 bunch;
  • dill – 0.5 bunch;
  • green onions – to taste;
  • salt and spices – to taste.


  1. Boil the egg hard.
  2. Chop as finely as possible, almost into dust.
  3. Chop parsley, onion, dill and garlic with capers into the same small pieces.
  4. To stir thoroughly. Add oil and spices.
  5. Leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
