  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. l.

  1. In advance, cut the meat into cubes about 1 cm thick, the onion into half rings, and three carrots on a coarse grater.
  2. Heat a frying pan with oil, then fry the meat until crusty.

  4. As soon as the vegetables are fried, add tomato paste with laurel and pour in water.

  • Sauce “Krasnodar” – 2 tbsp. l.

How to prepare the sauce:

  1. Cut the onion into cubes and start frying in oil.
  2. We also cut the sweet pepper into cubes, but a little larger and add it to the onion.
  3. Then add “Krasnodar” sauce and water with vinegar, mix and simmer under the lid for 5 minutes.
  4. Cut the chili into rings or as you like and add to the sauce.
  5. All that remains is to add chopped cilantro and salt and pepper.
