BBQ Sauce
This sausage sauce recipe is perfect for grilling. It will highlight the aroma of smoke and enhance the taste.
Ingredients:
- Ketchup – 1 glass;
- Brown sugar – 1/2 cup;
- Vinegar – 1/4 cup;
- Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons;
- Garlic – 2 cloves;
- Chili pepper – 1/4 teaspoon.
How to cook:
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil;
- Reduce heat and cook, stirring, for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
It is also combined when served with pasta with sausages.
Guacamole
Guacamole is a Mexican dipping sauce, except for sausages and sausages, it can be used with any snacks .
Ingredients:
- Avocado – 2 pieces;
- Onion – 1/2 piece;
- Tomato – 1 piece;

Red salsa, can also be spicy, you just need to add chili pepper to it.

For this sauce you can prepare healthier homemade mayonnaise and even mayonnaise for vegans.

- Mayonnaise – 1/2 cup;
- Capers – 2 tablespoons;
- Cucumber – 1 piece;

- Mayonnaise – 1/2 cup;
- Honey – 1 tablespoon;
- Vinegar 9% – 1 tablespoon;
- Salt, pepper – to taste.
How to cook:
- Mix mustard, mayonnaise, honey and vinegar;
- Add salt and pepper to taste and stir.
For variety, try preparing it with Dijon mustard, and replace regular table vinegar with apple or balsamic vinegar .
Curry
Curry seasoning is an Indian spice without which almost no dish in India can exist. And here we serve it with sausages and rice.
Ingredients:
- Curry powder – 1 tablespoon;
- Mayonnaise – 1/2 cup;
- Yogurt – 1/2 cup;
- Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon;
- Salt, pepper – to taste.

- Mix curry powder, mayonnaise, yogurt and lemon juice;
- Add salt and pepper to taste and stir.
