Try replacing regular cocoa powder with Nesquik cocoa. and you will get a completely different sauce. At the same time, it is prepared in the same way, but it will already have the aroma of vanilla and cinnamon.

Keep in mind that sugar is also present in Nesquik, so decide for yourself whether you need to add more sugar. Also try making chocolate sauce from cocoa and milk, simply replacing the water.

You can also make chocolate sauce from cocoa and cream. Keep in mind that chocolate sauce with cream is higher in calories, but tastier.

  • Milk chocolate bar – 1 pc.
  • Cream – 1 glass

  • Sugar to taste

  1. Break up the chocolate and start melting it in a steam bath, or you can melt it in the microwave.
  2. Add the cream and begin to combine it with the melted chocolate using a whisk.
  3. While stirring, add butter and, if needed, sugar.

Since this sauce uses alcohol, it should not be given to children. Still, it does not all evaporate during cooking.

  • Prunes – 1/2 cup
  • Ground coriander – 1 tsp.
  • Ground anise – 0.5 tsp.
  • Ground cinnamon – 0.5 tsp.
  • Chicken broth about 0.5 liters
  • Chocolate – 100 g.
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

How to cook:

  1. In a dry frying pan, fry the nuts until golden brown.
  2. Add a drop of oil to them and pour in the spices, heat them for a couple of minutes and pour them into the blender bowl.
  3. Chop the onion and fry until transparent.
  4. Then add crushed garlic to it and fry a little more until the smell of garlic appears.
  5. Pour into the bowl with the nuts.
  6. Finely chop the peppers and tomatoes and start frying the peppers.
  7. When the peppers are fried, add tomatoes, raisins and prunes, simmer for a couple of minutes and pour into a blender container.
  8. Grind everything using a blender and pour into a saucepan.
  9. Pour in the broth and bring to a boil.
  10. At this time, add the grated chocolate and wait until it completely melts.
  11. The sauce is ready!

It’s most often served with chicken, but it’s also great with meat! The more varieties of chili peppers you find, the more interesting the flavor of the sauce will be. You can also replace fresh peppers with dried ones.
