  • Homemade mustard – 0.5 tsp.
  • Salt, sugar to taste  

How to cook:

  1. Place salt and sugar, egg yolk, mustard into a blender glass and start beating.
  2. While blending, press the foot of the blender to the bottom of the glass and begin pouring in a stream of oil.
  3. When the sauce begins to emulsify, add lemon juice and continue blending, moving the blender up and down.

Recipe with milk without eggs, but just like store-bought


To make mayonnaise look like store-bought mayonnaise, you need to prepare it with a blender, not a mixer or a whisk. The most convenient way to prepare this mayonnaise is in a glass using an immersion blender.

We will need:

  • Milk – 150 ml.
  • Vegetable oil – 250 ml.
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp. l.
  • Homemade mustard – 1 tsp.
  • Sugar — 0.5 h. l.
  • Sol — 0.5 h. l.
  • Ground black pepper to taste

How to do:

  1. Pour milk, mustard and sugar into a glass of an immersion blender.
  2. Place the foot of the blender on the bottom of the container and start blending.
  3. Then slowly pour in the oil, without touching the blender, beat further.
  4. As soon as the sauce has thickened, add salt and pepper and whisk along the entire length of the glass.
  5. Homemade mayonnaise with milk and egg is ready!

Homemade mayonnaise in 5 minutes in a blender

How to cook:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender glass and carefully pour oil on top.
  2. Place the blender on the bottom and start blending; as soon as everything thickens, beat with the blender for a couple more minutes.
  3. Homemade mayonnaise recipe is ready in 5 minutes!
