- Dill – 1 bunch
- Salt, pepper to taste
How to make curd sauce:
- First, peel the cucumber and grate it on a fine grater, add salt and put it aside.
- Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, butter and mustard with lemon juice, then beat them with a blender.
- Finely chop the dill and garlic (the garlic can be grated on a fine grater).
- Now squeeze out the cucumber and add it to the whipped cottage cheese along with dill and garlic.
