Chicken breast isn’t always juicy, but that can be fixed. To do this, we will tell you how to make creamy garlic sauce at home for chicken. The sauce is simple and quick; prepare creamy garlic sauce for chicken in a frying pan.

Creamy garlic sauce recipe for chicken

You can pour this sauce not only over the breast, it’s also perfect for the drumsticks.

We will need:

  • Cream (30%) – 400 ml
  • Hard cheese (ideally Parmesan) – 100 g
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Salt, pepper – to taste
  • Dill – optional

Creamy garlic sauce for chicken recipe:

  1. Heat the cream over medium heat until the first gurgles appear.
  2. Grind the cheese on a fine grater and add it to the cream.
  3. Stir until the cheese is completely dissolved.
  4. Add garlic grated or squeezed through a press to the cream and cheese.
  5. Add salt and pepper.
  6. Reduce the heat and let the sauce simmer for a couple of minutes.
  7. Turn it off and wait for the sauce to cool, but it can be consumed immediately after cooking.
  8. We add dill at the end, but this is a matter of taste!

If you want a thicker sauce, add a little flour and add garlic!

So the creamy sauce with garlic and herbs is ready for chicken meat. You can also replace cream with sour cream, but take rustic sour cream, with a high fat content.

In principle, you can prepare creamy garlic sauce for chicken from milk, but then add good butter. Try adding thyme, in general, experiment, friends!
