We will need:
- Champignon mushrooms – 400 g
- Onions – 2 medium heads
- Cream 20% – 350 ml
- Sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
- Butter – 30 g
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – 1 pinch
How to prepare creamy sauce for meat with mushrooms:
- Wash the onion and chop it into small cubes, place it in a frying pan with sunflower oil and fry until transparent.
- Add butter and finely chopped mushrooms to the onion. Turn up the heat and fry the mushrooms until done.
- Pour in cream and sour cream, salt, sprinkle pepper, simmer for 5 minutes. You don’t have to pour the cream all at once, but add it depending on the desired thickness.
- Bring with a blender until smooth and simmer over low heat for a couple of minutes.

Chanterelle mushrooms are incredibly tasty and have their own distinct mushroom flavor. In combination with cream, you get an excellent creamy sauce with chanterelles; it’s just “fire” with the meat. !
We will need:
- Chanterelles – 300 gr.
- Onion – 1 pc.
- Unscented vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. l.
- Butter-30 gr.
- Sour cream-5th century. l.
- Wheat flour-1 tbsp. l. to thicken the sauce
- Ground black pepper, salt to taste
Sauce with chanterelles and cream for meat – recipe:
- Mix butter and sunflower oil in a saucepan or frying pan with a thick bottom so that it does not burn.
- As always, when we fry mushrooms, we start with the onion, which we chop finely and add to the saucepan, until it reaches a translucent color.
- Add washed and chopped chanterelles to the onion and evaporate the water, add gas and fry for about 10 minutes.
- Add sour cream and season with salt and pepper, simmer for a couple more minutes and the sauce for chanterelle meat and sour cream is ready!
If you need a thicker sauce, add a little flour or cream, if you need a thinner one. Also, for a softer and more delicate texture of the sauce, you can grind it with a blender. This will make it more convenient to pour it over pieces of meat, but this is a matter of taste.
Porcini mushroom sauce for meat recipe
It is not for nothing that the porcini mushroom is considered the “King” mushrooms, because it has a pronounced mushroom taste. And most importantly, it does not darken during its preparation, be it drying or frying. Well, as you understand, porcini mushroom sauce for meat will be simply magnificent.
We will need:
- White mushroom – 200 gr.
- Onions – 1 pc.
- Butter – 50 g
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.
- Cream 20% – 200 ml
- Sour cream – 1 tbsp. l.
- Dill – 0.5 bunch
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
How to prepare porcini mushroom sauce for meat:
- Wash and peel the mushrooms and onions, then cut them into any slices in the same way as we will then chop them in a blender.
- Pour sunflower oil into a frying pan and begin to fry the onion for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Then turn up the heat and add mushrooms and butter, fry until golden brown.
- Then add a spoonful of sour cream and cream, mix and simmer over low heat for another 5 minutes.
- Throw in chopped dill, pepper and add salt.
- Grind everything with a blender to the consistency you need and let it simmer for a couple more minutes.
- Porcini mushroom sauce for meat with sour cream is ready!
As we said, you can thicken it with flour if you wish. If you want, you can leave the porcini mushroom sauce with cream for the meat with pieces of mushrooms. Then just chop them and the onion not very coarsely and do not punch them with a blender.
