We will need:
- Red caviar – 2 tbsp. l.
- Heavy cream (30%) – 200 ml
- Parmesan – 50 g
- Butter – 30 g (1 tbsp.)
- Wheat flour – 1/2 tbsp. l.
- White (ground) pepper – a pinch
- Garlic – 1/2 clove
- Salt to taste

- In a saucepan, fry the flour in butter for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour the cream and add the finely grated garlic.
- Let it boil, reduce and stir in finely grated Parmesan until completely dissolved.
- Add one spoon of caviar and pepper, mix and remove from the stove until it cools.
- Add the second spoon of red caviar to the already cooled sauce.
- Salt at the very end, as the cheese and caviar are already salty.
