- Cream – 200 g.

- While the cucumber releases its juice, chop the greens and grate the garlic.
- Now you can place the cucumber on a sieve and squeeze out excess moisture.

- Cucumber – 1 pc.
- Yogurt – 200 gr.
- Mustard – 1 tsp.
- Dill – 0.5 bunch
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil – 1 tsp.
- Salt, pepper to taste
How to make sauce from fresh cucumbers with garlic and yogurt:
- Let’s start again with the cucumber, grate it, add salt and let it release its juice.
- Chop the dill and grate the garlic.
- Mix mustard, lemon juice and oil, then add yogurt to them.
- Combine with dill, garlic and squeezed cucumber, pepper and add salt if necessary.
- Let it brew and the cucumber and yogurt sauce is ready!
Add the mustard more carefully, depending on how hot it is. Yogurt should be Greek or without any additives. And try replacing the fresh cucumber with a pickled one, you’ll get an excellent sauce based on pickled cucumber. Tomato sauce made from fresh cucumbers

- Tomato paste – 3 tbsp. l.
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Basil – 1 bunch

How to make sauce from cucumbers and tomatoes:
- Chop the cucumber, tomatoes and garlic not very finely and place in a blender bowl.
- We cut off the basil from the stem, we only need the leaves, these also go into the blender.
- Add tomato paste and ground pepper, beat until smooth.
- Taste, adjust with salt and sugar and you’re done!
For spiciness, you can add chili pepper or jalapeño and a little balsamic vinegar. But even in this version the sauce is very tasty. It is served with mashed potatoes or boiled pork.
