  • Chanterelle mushrooms – 300 gr
  • Onions – 1 pc. medium size
  • Butter – 1 tbsp. l.
  • Refined oil (odorless) – 2 tbsp. l.
  • Cream (sour cream) 20% – 150 ml.
  • Ground black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Salt – to taste
  • Bay leaf – 1 piece
  • Wheat flour – 1 tbsp. l.

Recipe for chanterelle sauce with cream:

  1. Wash the chanterelles and cook in salted water with the addition of laurel for about ten minutes, then drain in a colander.
  2. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, then stir in the butter and add finely chopped onion.
  3. When the onions have become transparent, add the chanterelles and fry for 5-6 minutes.
  4. Add cream (sour cream), salt, pepper and flour to thicken, simmer for a couple of minutes, covering with a lid.

How to prepare mushroom sauce from champignons with cream recipe:

  1. First, cut the bacon into strips about 1 cm wide.
  2. And we begin to render the fat, bringing the bacon to a crispy state (or to the one you like).
  3. Add onion chopped into half rings and fry until transparent.
  4. Now it’s time to add the mushrooms, cut into slices and fry them until crisp.
  5. Pour in the cream, wait until it starts to gurgle and reduce the heat, at this time three cheeses.

  • Dill – 0.5 bunch
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste

How to prepare mushroom sauce with cream of porcini mushrooms:

  1. We clean the mushrooms, wash them and chop them into cubes, and let them cook for ten minutes.
  2. At this time, we also chop the onion and begin to fry it in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil.
  3. Throwing the mushrooms into a colander, wait until the water drains from them, then add to the onion and fry until golden brown.
  4. It’s time to pour the cream and simmer for 5-10 minutes, at which time add chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
  5. Now you can make the sauce thicker with flour, but do not pour it all at once and stir constantly.
