  2. Place it along with the rest of the ingredients in a blender.
  3. Punch until smooth.

Composition:

  • yogurt – 140 gr.;
  • champignons – 150 gr.;
  • garlic – 1 clove;

  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • butter – 0.5 tbsp. l.
  • salt, pepper to taste.

How to do:

  1. Chop the onion and mushrooms thinly and fry until crusty in a mixture of two oils.
  2. Squeeze the garlic into them, stir and add yogurt.
  3. Pepper, salt, mix and puree with a blender.
