Recipe:
- Pour water into a saucepan, add butter, sugar, salt, tomato paste, mix everything. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes;
- Wash and peel the zucchini, chop into cubes. Cut the peeled pepper into smaller pieces;

Composition:
- Tomato paste (can be replaced with Krasnodar sauce in a jar) – ½ cup
- Olive oil – ½ cup
- Granulated sugar – ½ cup

- Table vinegar 9% – 4 tbsp. l.
- Zucchini – 1 kg
- Carrots – 2 pcs.
- Bulgarian red pepper – 2 pcs.

- Pure water – 250 ml.
Cooking steps:

- Salt the zucchini, add sugar, butter, tomato paste with water, and pineapple juice from a can. Cook the mixture for 8-10 minutes;
- Chop the peppers and onions, grate the carrots, add everything to the pan and cook for about 10 minutes;
